Prepare to laugh your socks off this Halloween eve (31st October) as Trash Film Club comes to Coventry, taking on one of America’s most awful horror films, the notorious 2006 remake of The Wicker Man.
Featuring classic scenes such as Nicolas Cage punching a woman whilst dressed as a bear, shoving a dead crow into another woman’s face and getting more upset by bees than Michael Caine did in The Swarm. All accompanied by hilarious on-stage live commentary from Trash Film Club hosts Luke Jerromes and David Baldwin.
Enjoy seat-service cine-snacks, cocktails, wines, beers, spirit mixers and soft drinks PLUS delicious freshly cooked pizzas from one of Coventry’s best-loved craft street food companies, Dough and Flow.
To celebrate the launch of this exciting new film series at FarGo, we’re giving away a free bag of Pick & Mix or popcorn with every ticket purchase.
This event is held inside The Box at FarGo Village. Doors open at 7.45pm, the film starts at 8.15pm. Tickets cost £5.00 (including fees). The Wicker Man has a 12a certificate but this event is strictly for over 16’s.
Trash Film Club at FarGo is part of CineCov made possible with support from the BFI using funds from the National Lottery.
