Our shop sells a range of chocolate products, macarons and pastries, a selection of homemade hot chocolates and award winning coffee, workshops on chocolate and macarons are also available.
I started my career working at the Dorchester Hotel for the world renowned chef Anton Mosimann. I went on to work in Stockholm Sweden, at Opera Kalleran and the Swedish houses of parliament, before returning to England and working in various restaurants and hotels.
I decided to teach the trade that I love so much, and became a lecturer at college. I had many satisfying years seeing my students develop their skills and embark on their careers.
In 2014 I fulfilled my lifelong ambition to build my own chocolate studio, and Choc n Roll was born! Since then, Choc n Roll has gone from strength to strength, exhibiting at events across Warwickshire, and moving into new premises at FarGo Village in Coventry in 2016."
